The challenge
Al Sorouh is a multidisciplinary Omani consultancy with architectural, civil, structural, MEP and engineering services. Its public presence needed to make that breadth understandable without reducing the firm to a generic company profile. Internally, operational and accounting processes required a custom Odoo implementation that reflected the organization’s own approvals, reporting and responsibilities instead of forcing teams into an off-the-shelf workflow.
Strategy
We separated the transformation into two coordinated layers. The public layer organizes expertise, projects, news and inquiry paths around the questions a prospective client asks. The operational layer maps roles, records, approvals and reporting into custom Odoo modules. A shared emphasis on structure, clarity and controlled progression connects the external brand experience with the internal system.
Creative concept
The design language is based on engineered structure. Al Sorouh’s architectural mark, sky-blue field and deep red accent create a recognizable visual anchor, while clean grids and measured typography communicate precision. The concept mirrors the firm’s own philosophy: creativity supported by commitment, and vision converted into measurable value.
The solution
Makvix delivered a responsive corporate website with dedicated areas for the company story, multidisciplinary services, projects, partners, news and contact journeys. In parallel, a custom Odoo ERP was configured and extended with Python modules for internal processes, accounting-related workflows, custom reports, permission rules, dashboards and automation. The result is not a template installation; it is an operational system shaped around Al Sorouh’s specific way of working.

A clearer public face for complex expertise
Architecture, MEP, civil and structural design, supervision, project management, technical studies, HVAC, landscaping, BOQ preparation, value engineering and 3D design are organized into a coherent service framework rather than a flat list.
Odoo shaped around the organization
The ERP layer follows Al Sorouh’s own operational logic. Custom modules, accounting extensions, permissions, dashboards, reports and automations turn Odoo into a controlled working environment instead of a generic software installation.
Visibility with controlled access
Role-based permissions and structured reporting help the right teams see the right operational information. This creates clearer ownership and supports future process improvement without exposing sensitive internal detail on the public website.
One foundation for future growth
The corporate site can expand with projects, services and news, while the Odoo environment can accept new workflows and reports. Both sides were designed as living systems rather than one-time deliverables.
The outcome
Al Sorouh gained a connected digital foundation for both market presence and day-to-day operations. The website gives clients a clearer view of the firm’s capabilities and project experience, while the custom Odoo environment creates a structured base for controlled workflows, visibility and future process expansion.
