This Privacy Policy applies to the Makvix website, customer portal, digital services, contact forms, WhatsApp communications and related online experiences operated by Mohammad Kazem for Trade and Investment SPC, trading under the Makvix brand.

Depending on how you use Makvix, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Project and service information: enquiries, project requirements, support requests, proposals, tickets, messages and uploaded materials.
• Transaction information: order details, invoices, payment status and billing information. Full payment-card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Makvix.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, diagnostic logs and security events.
• Communication information: emails, WhatsApp messages, chatbot conversations and records of customer-support interactions.
• Preference information: language, marketing choices, saved cart information and website settings.

We collect information when you provide it directly, when you use our website or services, and when approved service providers send us information needed to operate a requested feature.

• When you submit a contact form, request a quotation, create an account, place an order or contact support.
• When you request a one-time verification code or sign in to a Makvix service.
• When you communicate with us through WhatsApp, email, social media or the Makvix chatbot.
• Automatically through cookies, local storage, server logs and similar technologies.
• From payment processors, hosting providers, Meta platforms and other providers involved in delivering a feature you requested.

We use personal information only for legitimate business and service purposes, including to:

• Provide, operate, maintain and improve Makvix websites, applications and digital services.
• Authenticate users, send WhatsApp one-time passcodes and protect accounts against misuse.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects and provide customer support.
• Process orders, payments, subscriptions, refunds and invoices.
• Send service notices, security alerts, booking confirmations and other transactional messages.
• Personalize website content, language and product experience.
• Monitor reliability, investigate errors, prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
• Meet legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations.
• Send marketing communications where you have requested them or where permitted by applicable law, with an option to opt out.

Makvix may use the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta to send one-time passcodes, service messages and customer-support communications. To provide this service, we may share your phone number, message-template parameters and delivery metadata with Meta and its infrastructure providers.

One-time passcodes are intended only for account verification, are short-lived and should never be shared with another person. We may keep limited security logs relating to requests, delivery status, failed attempts and successful verification to prevent abuse and protect users.

Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp and Meta policies. Makvix does not control how Meta independently processes information under its own terms.

Some Makvix services may use artificial-intelligence providers to help answer questions, summarize information, generate suggestions or support customer-service workflows. Information you submit to an AI-assisted feature may be processed by an approved provider solely to deliver that feature.

Do not submit passwords, one-time passcodes, full payment-card details, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information to a chatbot unless a specific secure process asks for it.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, payments, authentication, email delivery, cloud storage and customer support.
• Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers and legal advisers where reasonably necessary.
• Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law, court order, regulation, safety needs or the protection of legal rights.
• Business successors in connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Providers are given only the information reasonably necessary for their role and are expected to protect it.

Our website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain a shopping cart, measure website performance and improve security. Some technologies are essential for the website to work.
